doesn't FEEL right
Stage 2 -STRESS ~ I Need to make a change ... I know it... But what???
*my peace of mind. my health. my happiness are being affected
Maybe you cannot SEE the change you need Clearly.
Stop. Journal - Write out how you feel + what you SEE now.
What are You being taught. Need to Learn? STOP and Pay attention.
Stage 3 -In DISTRESS ~ still haven’t made a change ! Fear
*I feel sad. angry. depressed. frustrated. confusion. tired
* I am not sleeping well - Am I stuck in Fear ?
You must know this. I read this in a book by Don Miguel Ruiz and I felt it = Truth
Fear is believing a Lie. Period. You can make a change. It doesn't have to be Big.
Little things lead to the Big . . .
Go back - Journal Again + more.
Stage 4 -CRISIS ~ something serious has occurred
*a situation has occurred forcing me to make a change
What now? Take new Baby Steps... anything good... just take 1
And ask yourself ...
Do I truly want To Feel Better. Good.
To feel my Wellness?
What if I say NO? Rest... Depressed sounded out says Deep Rest. This is what I need? = YES
Take a time out from thinking or trying to understand anything.
Stop Scrolling. Drink some water, some hot tea. Eat something good.
Realize .. Pause... you know what to do.... Begin again at the Beginning.
Re-build your foundation Your Way!! Feel your Way... It's There!
Practice mind-ing your own business.
Do not give yourself away for validation or to feel good.
Keep your Feel Good moments for yourself!!!
You must keep the to yourself or your power will not build back UP.
