I share many ideas for YOUR ceremony by listening to what YOU want. By the end of this meeting YOU will have a good feel and a clear vision.. of how YOUR Marriage Ceremony could be.
We meet in my home/office.FaceTime.Zoom.Skype or phone call. It is Ok to email questions before committing to a meeting. Meetings usually take 30-60 minutes.

4-5 meetings PLUS pre-ceremony facilitation.
In these meetings 'we' create 'Your Marriage Ceremony' I listen to what you Love. You choose readings that you Love.
You choose vow ideas you love or write your own. I do the rest. With my experience I have so many ideas and thoughts to guide you and help you say what your hearts truly want to say to each other in your ceremony.
'we' talk over all my ideas I put them together. In every meeting I email your Ceremony Outline Updated from our last meeting. 'we' always discuss and 'we' always make everything just right.

Your ceremony turns out beautiful and unique because 'we' create and plan together. You tell me what you want, like & love.. I do the rest. Your Personalized Marriage Ceremony will be Unique and One of a Kind! Just Like You :)
I always pay attention to the details, the little things, special situations and your traditions.
Typically there are 4-5 meetings. If more are needed that is OK.
I always understand busy schedules and I always try to be flexible.
Pre-ceremony facilitation is:
I arrive 60-90 early to make sure everything for and in your ceremony is ready. I check in with your musicians or DJ.
I help seat your guests with your Ushers. We start on time! I understand how important it is to you and your parents that your guests are taken care of ! And it is important so you can focus on getting ready and enjoying your day with out stress and worry of what is happening with your guests.
Rehearsal is an additional fee - $100
* * Rehearsal is highly recommended. Everyone will know just what to do in your ceremony. This prevents unneeded stress on Wedding Day. Also, This gives me a chance to meet your parents, family and your wedding party before Wedding Day. Having a rehearsal helps! Your Wedding Ceremony flow with ease. no stress. perfectly.
My ceremonies are unique so it's important that your parents and your wedding party understands this. They will be more patient understanding why I am adamant about everything always being just right during rehearsal.
There is a traveling fee Outside of Iowa City area.
I have a limit of how many miles from my home I travel. Please email me with the location of your Wedding Venue and I will get right back to you if I travel that far.

On Your Wedding Day!
I arrive on time. I pay attention to the details while Listening and paying attention to the details and little things. I do my best to make pre-ceremony, ceremony and the transition to the reception go smoothly and as stress free as possible. After the Ceremony, I mail your marriage certificate on my way home. It is on the way to the County Recorder's office the next business day.
My Goal is for you and your family to be at ease. I am with your Ushers and Greeters, so your guests and all details with your ceremony are being taken care of before, during and until your recessional is done.
Over the past 18 years, I have officiated in many venues in the Iowa City & Cedar Rapids area. Little Lights on the Lane which is in my home town :)! Marriott/Hyatt, Brown Deer Golf Course, Hotel Vetro, Bella Sala, Celebration Farms, Rapid Creek Cidery, Cedar Ridge Winery, Old Brick, Amana, Koru Berry Farm, Midnight Gem, The Har Mac, and more.
The point is, there really aren't many venues and situations I haven't been in.

After our meeting If you decide Yes... you can mail me a check, Venmo or Paypal your 1st payment. This payment is subtracted from your Total fees. This is NOT a separate fee. My mailing address and Venmo & Paypal ID are on the last page of your new couple meeting folder I will email you or give you for this meeting.
I require a 1st payment of $125 to reserve your date on my calendar
This payment is non-refundable and Is subtracted from the total. The Balance is due at Rehearsal or before.
