I feel Lighter...more Me~

Lighten-UP!l began for Me when....  a Horse rolled over on top of me almost 20 years ago. I couldn't walk, reach to itch my thigh, wash my hair by myself, get into a bath tub, drive a car. I couldn't turn to look over my shoulder... at all. Stand to make my dinner, walk without a walker.     

 What is Lighten UP! ?  Realizing that deep in the soul is everything we need to know. Being happy is the inner compass... take note of JOY when it happens.  That is the direction to choose...more 
Life is messy... We come into this life forgetting what we know. How we live and what we choose help us remember.

As luck would have it ...This phrase always says to me the Universe is always working in my favor-FYI! I found my way to doing what I love!   I  never thought my career would be a Wedding Ceremony Creator & Officiant. Inspirational Speaker to 'Lighten UP!'  Helping families as a Life Celebrant create their ceremony to Celebrate their Loved One's Life... their way.   Public speaking-It is crazy. I feel calm when I get in front of people. Sure, I am nervous beforehand... but then I just listen to my heart and I see you and it's all good. 

''Lighten UP!" is a reminder to take a chill pill.  You've got this.    
                           
My Children & Grandchildren are my best teachers. They remind me to  'Lighten UP!'  Play MORE. To be in the moment...more.

We all began with Baby Steps THEN we learned to crawl... walk... then run. Everyone's timing is UNIQUE!  Begin something new with baby steps.  Pay more attention, like children do...  choose what is fun automatically :) 

  'Lighten-UP!' makes Living Life flow more easily and to have more fun!

​Now... Mom, Grandma, Inspirational Speaker, semi-retired Officiant of 20 years. I love golf... not great at it... But love it still :)  Ride my bike, jump rope a little, shoot baskets some. The Point for me is to keep moving so I can stay young and keep up with my family and to Be as healthy as possible for my family and my clients ...  to live my best life.

Conversations and meeting people!

 Many times throughout my life change and challenge seemed overwhelming and unfair. After a serious horseback riding accidents with many injuries I realized that healing is  Mind.Body & Spirit   working together. Of course that is how it always was... I just didn't 'SEE' it.
Being a single Mom, injuries from a horseback riding accident with 3 months stuck in my house. I had to and needed to accept help. Funny how things work.. literally taking One small step at a time took new meaning. Which began another   fresh starts and new beginning.
 
I do love to laugh outloud!    It Helps Me 'Lighten-UP!' immediately!! 'Lighten UP!'  is feeling more Yourself and Discovering more of Yourself.
There are things that are necessary.
 Let go of Stress.
Trust the Heart.
'SEE' a new way.

 I  listen to what you say and what you don't say.   My insight helps to You to 'SEE' the bigger picture.
To 'SEE' a new piece that might be Your Spark!

  One thing led to another to where I have officiated and supported families in over  350 Weddings and 300 Life Celebration services. Putting others at ease, listening, Lightening UP! their Spirit,  no matter how elated, conflicted  or sad their emotions.  My work has traveled mostly by word of mouth.

I write Love Stories and Life memory Stories. The words come into my heart, in a way that fits the family, the couple, their family and friends. I speak these words from my Heart
We laugh and cry while making a special memory to last a lifetime.  

 My hope, always,  is for my clients to feel they received more than they hoped for.  My clients are why I love what I do. My passion and ability to create their stories and personalize their ceremonies plus facilitating. Attention to the details is Key.  If there is drama, I always understand  that heightened emotions are because of the special, important, once in a lifetime day.
